Module 6 has been fairly valuable for me. I enjoyed learning this module. Upon completing this module I understood the different kinds of decisions required to establish a pay structure, the legal requirement that are mandatory under the fair labor standards act (FLSA), and how economic forces play a role in pay. Under uniformed services employment and reemployment rights act requires employers to make jobs available for any of their employees who are deployed for military services. The employees of an organization can be motivated using incentive pay. An organization should recognize the employee’s performance and determine their incentive pay bonus and overtime pay.
